I saw this 2007 Town & Country van on line & it appeared to be a better car & a better price than anything I had seen in Columbus. I was given more for my trade-in than I expected & the car I purch appeared to be a better car & a better price than anything I had seen in Columbus. I was given more for my trade-in than I expected & the car I purchased was scratch & dent free & only had 40,000 miles on it; a 5 year old car! As it turned out it did have a couple of problems. It had no heat, no AM radio and the DVD player would not operate. After two visits with a free rental car back to Columbus each time, an ace mechanic named Cheyenne at the Chrysler store found and fixed both issues to my satisfaction. The car is so perfect that it's like having a brand new car. I am 75 years old, grew up with a Columbus Lincoln-Mercury dealer from whom I purchased many cars but have never been treated any better than at the two Herrnstein dealerships. To give less than a great rating in every category would have caused my nose to grow like Pinnochio's and my pants to burst into flames. Kudos to all. Chuck Beatel More

I recommend Herrnstein Hyundai for many reasons. One of the most important reasons for me was that their dedicated team did not treat me like a credit score. I was treated like a human being with top notch the most important reasons for me was that their dedicated team did not treat me like a credit score. I was treated like a human being with top notch customer service, dignity and respect. I place high value in those three of those many traits I look for in others. Mr. Tillis applied no pressure. I called him and told him what I was looking for and why. He got me the best loan rate he could. I was sattisfied and purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. The person I dealt with was friendly but I don't think she was honest. See said they only make about $200 on the vehicle after she is paid. I know this is BS. She kept trying to make me feel better by saying other dealers were charging $500 over sticker. They manager kept trying to get us to take the loan out through them. After the 2nd time I told them my wife worked for a bank and we wanted to go with our approved loan. They tried 2 times after that to get us to take the loan through them. "I told them no". Don't pressure people after they tell you NO. Then we asked about a charge on the invoice for $250. We asked what that was for and the finance guy said it was something the state allowed them to do. Good explanation! If it wasn't for the fact that this car is hard to find and it was what my son wanted I would have walked out. I would not trust anything this dealer tells you. More
