My wife and I went to Herrnstein Hyundai for service on our 2012 Sonata limited, and was mitt by Roger the service manager as some as we entered the dealership. While I made arrangements for the oil change our 2012 Sonata limited, and was mitt by Roger the service manager as some as we entered the dealership. While I made arrangements for the oil change, my wife looked for Darren the sales Rep. who called use prior to arranging the service call about a new Sonata Limited Hybrid that had just arrived. My wife and I have purchased three new Sonata’s , 2009, 2010 & 2012 limited from this dealership. We have had good luck with all our vehicles. They have been great about servicing our vehicles. Darren Koah was our salesman on our last two purchases and is very knowledgeable about the cars. Easiest car purchase I have made. Test drive to out the door in about an hour and a half. The staff was knowledgeable, easy to work with overall. To conclude, Darren, Keith, Paul and Roger in service and the rest of the staff were very courteous. I highly recommend this dealership in the VIP experience toward me and my wife. So my wife and I rate the Dealership with a 5+++ above excellent. More

Not all Hyundai dealers are the same! We have purchased 20 new cars over the years, and this is absolutely the BEST experience ever. We had purchased a Sonata at our local TN dealer back in 2010 and left 20 new cars over the years, and this is absolutely the BEST experience ever. We had purchased a Sonata at our local TN dealer back in 2010 and left feeling like a number. When we went back to purchase a santa fe, we had to walk out. We switched brands after that ( the dealer kept calling to beg us to come back). I really loved the looks of the Hyundai GT but refused to go to our TN dealer. Thank goodness my husband is now in Chillicothe and heard about Hernsteinn!!!! Derek (sales) is new to the brand but was helpful and not in the least bit pushy or aggressive. Fred was genuinely friendly and presented his information in a straightforward, concise, and clear manner. We left feeling truly appreciated. More
