It was always a long, drawn out and sometimes painful procedure. However, on November 4th. 2010 I visited Russel Volkswagen to take a look at a used car I found online. The wonderful customer service I received there has complately changed my outlook on car buying. From the moment Jake Lawson greeted me by name at the front door, through the paperwork process with Janelle Yoon, it was an extremely pleasant experience. I had spoken to the Sales Manager, Dwayne Butler over the phone and when I arrived the car was ready for my test drive with the sales associate, Renee Gumbs. Renee couldn't be a more pleasant and patient person. She was very helpful and eager to answer all my questions. Renee even helped me again, very patiently to return my rental car. The subaru I pirchased is everything I was looking for in a vehicle. They made the whole process go very smoothly.
