I have purchased two Tiguans from this dealership and loved them. Samantha was my serviceperson (now a manager and well-deserved). This last purchase I was pressured into trading in my Tiguan for a Taos. I. HATE. IT. I let them know I hate it. No response. This place has changed management MULTIPLE times now. I was sold lies and a crap piece of junk vehicle that has already had a sensor fail and now has a critical recall on it and it's less than a year old. I'm now being told is worth $4000 less than I owe (and by the way, I pay a healthy overage every month to make sure I pay it off early so that's a xxxx slap in the face). So I may have bought my last Volkswagen. I haven't driven anything else 36 years. This place is no longer the shining example I used to send people to. And by the way, tell your sales people we can hear them arguing with their (personal) creditors while we wait for service. Am I mad. xxxx yeah I am. More
