Even before my visit to the dealership, I appreciated the fact that Mr. Ramkelawan was patient, friendly and didn't pressure me to make a decision immediately. We were able to negotiate a fair price, and I felt good about the experience overall. The dealership even provided transportation to and from the nearby Enterprise office so that I could drop off my rental vehicle, and pick up my 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan. Update to previous review - Use caution Updated Post: Be very careful if you have a trade-in! It took them 3 1/2 weeks to payoff the loan on my trade-in -> the new car payment is due 4 weeks Updated Post: Be very careful if you have a trade-in! It took them 3 1/2 weeks to payoff the loan on my trade-in -> the new car payment is due 4 weeks from the sale date! In the interim I had to make a payment on the trade-in loan (which was due 3 weeks from trade-in/sale date) so that I would not have a late payment on my record. There is no reason for this transaction taking more than 10 business days. Now we are talking about $550 total and I bet I am gonna be on the short end of this - Russell and the bank(s) will get their money since they are holding it and "accounting." Go into your deal with caution! More
