I spoke with Richie over IM in the morning and told him of my hesitancy with this dealership because of my past experiences. He assured me that he would work to change my mind, and he did. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently the process flowed and how attentive he was to my every concern and question. They even dropped the price of the GTi. I was surprised because this is a hot seller.
