VW of Catonsville is a FRAUD !!!!! VW Catonsville is a FRAUD, they double charge the destination charges, and when I caught Armando the sales manager, he told me that VW has instructed VW Catonsville is a FRAUD, they double charge the destination charges, and when I caught Armando the sales manager, he told me that VW has instructed them to do that to their customers.. Please note that the Destination charges were part of the overall price posted on the rear window of the car, its part of the total, then they add it again on the offer letter/invoice they give you. And when I asked why it's there again, Armando the sales manager there told me that they are required to do it that way, and when I showed him the picture attached he assured me that it's not part of the offer, as they keep on adding discounts then remove them again in the bottom. Then when I did the math, and confronted him that he charged me TWICE and told me that this is what VW told him to do.. so VW tells him to FRAUD his customers.. He wasn't happy he got caught.. and He told me that I am no different than any other customer, and this is the MileOne/Heritage/ VW directives, is to charge the Destination Charges twice !! so there you have it !! The funny part is that Shawn Davie that General Manager of VW of Catonsville, called me 30 minutes later and offered me cheesy offer to come back and buy the car when he heard that I will post that report, he also offered me a $50 bucks gift card to keep my mouth shut, which I have declined!!VW of Catonsville is a FRAUD, folks, and if you have any questions please email me!
