A redemptive experience!! I was in need of a new car to lease and had to change dealerships. Heritage VW of Catonsville is closest to my home, but many years ago, I had a negative experience at Russel VW (it's previous name). I spoke with Richie over IM in the morning and told him of my hesitancy with this dealership because of my past experiences. He assured me that he would work to change my mind, and he did.
