Daniel was great the whole experience was great until I got to the finance office. Lisa was unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. She began by asking if we wanted GAP insurance, which we had alrea got to the finance office. Lisa was unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. She began by asking if we wanted GAP insurance, which we had already decided against, so we told her no and were ready to move on to the next paper. She tried to explain what GAP insurance was, but this was not our first time financing a car, and we did not want it. She said "fine go ahead and sign, since you know everything" and waved us off. I was definitely surprised by this, and later in this interaction when i addressed the comment she made, she said it was because "you were rude first"... ok... We finished all our documents and at the end she said she "does not care if she gets fired for saying" that she thought we had been rude to her. I think she confused our directness for being rude, and this is when I addressed her previous comment. She continued to say that we can "go ahead and leave a 1 star review" because she "has enough 5 star reviews". She also said she "does not get paid enough" to deal with customers like us. More
