It was very nice that they pulled my vehicle to the entrance when I was picking up, rather than sending me out into a sea of cars to try and find it on my own. My only complaint was that I had to wait until 5 for a call that my car was ready. I dropped it off at quarter after 7am, and was hoping it would be ready when I was done work at 4. My previous dealership always asked when I'd be back (4pm) and it was always ready for me when I arrived. More

Estimate for moon roof trim repair. Jay explain what was needed to repair the trim and why the repair wasn’t able to be done under warranty.
