I purchased my car out of state only because Heritage couldn’t get a Sienna quickly. No one can. Setting up my appointment for the second key and inspection was very easy and service center treated me li couldn’t get a Sienna quickly. No one can. I had communicated with Brett a few times as I changed my appointment and he was always so accommodating and friendly. They were very professional in the shop and appointment was quicker than anticipated. During the inspection Ken came to confirm they would be removing stickers on the windshield one of which was a pass. They wanted to be sure this wasn’t going to be a problem. I appreciated that they checked with to ensure it was not something I needed. They we’re going to work to save it if I needed it. This is my first service appointment with Heritage and I made a follow up for my next service as I was very happy. The waiting area provides a comfortable and convenient spot to work too while I waited. More
I bought a 2022 Toyota Sienna minivan from this dealer. The battery is dead on a regular basis. I have trickle charged it overnight several time. The first time I stopped by Heritage service they told me there’s a very sensitive sensor under the driver side door that may be triggered by “blowing grass” and draining the battery. And when I called service this morning to schedule an appointment they told me my warranty expired at 36,000 miles and they had cancelled my Platinum Warranty. They were unwilling to give me a loaner car so I could leave the car overnight as I have 4 young kids that need multiple rides a day. I strongly discouraged anyone from using this dealer. They are completely apathetic and unhelpful in ALL aspects of service, maintenance, troubleshooting etc. Extremely disappointed. And the salesman, Neal Pavlik, who helped me purchase this lemon vehicle no longer works there! Find a different dealer to avoid this mess. More

When I took my car in for summer tire changeover and 12000 mile service, I also requested a state inspection. They forgot to do the inspection. I tried to make an appointment later to rotate the tires, do the inspection, and change out the USB port for AppleCarPlay. I told them we have bouth new cords and tried all the ones we have to get the CarPlay to work and it remains intermittant. They want me to let them look at it, and then come back for another appointment if they need to order parts. When I have asked questions about my car, the person checking me in or out doesn't know the answer and the person who does, is busy. I cancelled the appointment because I don't have time to keep going back. They didn't offer to look at it quickly before the appointment or to order the part in case it needs to be changed out. I am not impressed. More
