WE WERE NOT PUSHED INTO GETTING OUR NAMES OR HAVING OUR POTENTIAL TRADE IN APPRAISED (ALSO A TOYOTA) - WE WERE JUST LOOKING AND GILLIAN RESPECTED THAT. GILLIAN WAS MOST CONCERNED ABOUT MEETING OUR NEEDS. SHE WAS KIND, COURTEOUS AND FUNNY. IT WAS A PLEASURE NOT TO DEAL WITH HIGH PRESSURE SALES - THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS VERY PAINLESS. THE CONCEPT APPEARED TO BE THAT THEY WERE THERE FOR THE CUSTOMER AND WHATEVER THEY COULD DO TO HELP WAS THEIR FOCUS. IT WAS A FAIRLY BUSY SATURDAY, SO THE PERSONAL TOUCH WAS SOMEWHAT UNEXPECTED. WE WERE NOT INSULTED BY THE APPRAISED VALUE OF OUR TRADE IN - AND WE WERE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE SOME EXTRAS FOR THE NEW TRUCK. EVEN COMPLETING THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE WITH SOME HUMOR AND A PERSONAL TOUCH - NOT THE ASSEMBLY LINE METHOD. WHEN WE PICKED THE NEW TRUCK UP, THE PARTS DEPT HAD (IN STOCK) THE UNDERSEAT STORAGE I WANTED TO ADD AND WE DID THAT TOGETHER IN THE PARKING LOT. THE FRIENDLINESS DID NOT END ONCE ALL THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND ESPECIALLY GILLIAN TO MY FRIENDS. More
I had a great experience and was given helpful guidance in laying out the details for buying my first new car. I was not intimidated and felt like an old friend. Elani was enthusiastic and made me feel con in laying out the details for buying my first new car. I was not intimidated and felt like an old friend. Elani was enthusiastic and made me feel confident and not just a first time buyer. Jason was down to earth and honest, which was very appreciated. More
I would 100% recommend Heritage Toyota for anyone interested in a new car. All the sales and finance staff we worked with were very courteous, knowledgeable, and were very easy to work with. Buying interested in a new car. All the sales and finance staff we worked with were very courteous, knowledgeable, and were very easy to work with. Buying our new vehicle was a major decision for my wife and I and our sale rep Griffin and all the others at Heritage made it a very positive experience. Griffin was extremely knowledgeable of all the various Toyota models and demonstrated all the options we looked at. It was quickly obvious Griffin was well trained on all the models we looked at and it was extremely helpful working with a sales rep that completely understood all the features in the car. Griffin was also very energetic, courteous, professional, and was extremely helpful in making the whole process of buying a new car very positive. We test drove several vehicles and we were always given plenty of time on the road . As we worked with Griffin and Ryan to make the final decisions on the purchase my wife and I were given plenty of private time to discuss the deal when we requested and never felt rushed. I also would say thank you to Ryan and Jason who checked with us many times during the day to see if we had any other questions, and also to Mary in Finance who was very energetic and great to work with. From the moment we entered Heritage Toyota in South Burlington, Vermont we were put at ease. This was my first new car purchase, and I was anticipating a hard sell and having to be wary of the stereotyp Burlington, Vermont we were put at ease. This was my first new car purchase, and I was anticipating a hard sell and having to be wary of the stereotypical car salesman. Our experience was just the opposite with Dave Juenker, our salesman. He was so helpful and patient and put us at ease immediately. He was well informed and gave clear answers to whatever questions we had. When we decided on purchasing our Toyota Rav4, we found even the purchasing process was pleasant. Mary, in the accounting office was also helpful and patient. We had done our homework and knew what a fair price would be. We felt the price we paid was very reasonable. I would recommend this dealership without reservations. More

Dave and the team were amazing. After the mess on the Camry we purchased in May of this year, Dave listened and immediately took action on what needed to be done. He had a vechile lined up for us that w Camry we purchased in May of this year, Dave listened and immediately took action on what needed to be done. He had a vechile lined up for us that would work within our budget and expectations...the same day! Dave's attention to deal and follow through is superb. I am sure I drove him nuts with all of my 'what if', 'how does', type questions. He was also there and if he didn't have the answer, he got it. Jason from finance helped ensure that the money aspect was right on par with the Camry trade-in and was able to talk to me on options and concerns. The Autoshine folks made a good looking 03 Highlander turn into an AMAZING looking Highlander that nobody can believe is an 03! Lastly, Brandie in service, was prompt and extremely helpful. For what started as a service appt turned into something nobody was expecting...she steered me in the right direction. This is our 3 car from Heritage in 15yrs and we look forward to doing business with Dave and the team in the future. For as busy as they were on Saturday and Tuesday, everyone was walking around with a smile and was asking if we needed anything. Overall, a very pleasant dealership. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. More
I found the car buying experience to be pleasant, straightforward, and everything went as they said it would. I am not the type that typically enjoys the process of purchasing a new car but found thi straightforward, and everything went as they said it would. I am not the type that typically enjoys the process of purchasing a new car but found this experience to be really easy. I had done a lot of the work with them via email. Once we had reached a deal and set an appointment for pickup things went as smooth as could be. The person, in the showroom, who helped me was very professional and on top of everything. Dealing with the business office was also quick and pain free! More

What a GREAT experiance buying a truck from Heritage Toyota. It was a breath of fresh air after being BURNED twice by Handy Toyota in Saint Albans. I even dealt with the Sales Manager aka the owners son Toyota. It was a breath of fresh air after being BURNED twice by Handy Toyota in Saint Albans. I even dealt with the Sales Manager aka the owners son Adam Luneau. What a nightmare. Back to heritage. I called heritage Toyota from my truck after leaving the bad dream at Handys Toyota. I was put in touch with Jim Johnson and explained what I was looking for. He got back to me in less then 5 minutes. I arrived at 6pm. By 8pm I had made a deal With Jim. I was able to upgrade to the Tacoma sr5 package and still saved $1,500 dollars from what the terible salesmen at Handys quoted me for a base model. (Employes dealt with at Handys, Ali Kamal(salesman) Adam Luneau(Sales manager/owner. Jim Johson and the crew at heritage said the new truck would be ready the next morning at 11 am. When I arrived at 11:14 Jim was waiting outside for us with EVERYTHING in order. They also informed me they had a surprise for me. It was a 1/4 % lower intrest rate then I could have gotten at Handy Toyota with the same finace company. Heritage Toyota went above and beyond my expectations. What a great experiance. Thank you Heritage Toyota. SHAME ON YOU HANDYS TOYOTA. More
I walked into the dealership conscious of how little car buying exposure I had – none. I expected the scent of “novice car buyer” to be emanating from my pores and for the "car salesman sharks" to be circl buying exposure I had – none. I expected the scent of “novice car buyer” to be emanating from my pores and for the "car salesman sharks" to be circling around me. But from A to Z, the level of sales person friendliness and professionalism which I experienced shattered my misconceptions. I actually look forward to trading in my lease so that I may do business with Heritage all over again. My aging vehicle became too expensive to repair so I opted to shop for an attractive lease offer. So I went online to research dealers and to narrow vehicle opportunities that best fit my lifestyle. Let me begin by saying that shopping online at Heritagevt.com provided for a convenient and informative online shopping experience. I was motivated by the many advertised Toyota lease and payment offers. At first I was leaning toward the 2010 Corolla lease but after talking with an Internet Sales Consultant, who informed me on various lease offers, my interest shifted towards the 2010 Matrix S AWD. My old vehicle offered no trade value. So having now trade, I was given a competitive quote that I was comfortable with. A couple grand down gave me a monthly lease payment under $200. How could I say no to that? I then visited the showroom and met with Mason Maltais who took me on a test drive of a few models. I wanted to drive a few models anyway for comparison and elimination purposes but largely to reassure whether or not the Matrix would truly be my choice vehicle. So I first test drove a Corolla but found that it didn’t meet my driving requirements. I wanted a more responsive vehicle that offered greater utility, AWD and a moon roof. So I then test drove the Matrix S AWD which and it was love ever since. At the time they didn’t have an AWD Matrix that I wanted but they assured me they could get it. And they did. More
