Wow What a different experience, was wonderful!! I hate buying cars because of the whole car salesman stuff. I didn't have to listen to any of that with Chuck Heingartner at Heritage Toyota. I told him what I was looking for, the price I was willing to spend and that I had just had a bad experience somewhere else so I didn't want to deal with that again. Chuck listened, made sure any car he showed me would fit in my budget. He was helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly to the point with no "car salesman lingo" I was in and out with my new car in just a few short hours. Megan Terry the Sales Manager was very helpful, very nice and informative. Ben Bright was the Finance Agent I worked with , again no issues and to the point but extremely friendly. A smooth and simple transaction. By the time I was done I told Chuck he could never leave there and I would be buying all my cars from him from now on. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I will be passing his card out all over town. More

I walked in with 2 vehicles in mind (one being a 2015 highlander) the other a vehicle from a diff I was very happy with my heritage Toyota experience. I sat down with Rob Ploof, he immediately made me feel comfortable without pushing the Toyota on me. He simply stated the facts on why the highlander was superior and was able to show me documentation with different news articles and such. Once I made my decision he was very accommodating to mine and my husbands busy schedules. I would absolutely recommend Toyota for the service and great product! More

Total Wast+e of Time Stopped at the dealership after doing my homework. Explained that I was only interested in a Rav4 with a vin number starting with a J, was interested Stopped at the dealership after doing my homework. Explained that I was only interested in a Rav4 with a vin number starting with a J, was interested in zero percent interest and explained that I had researched and knew what the mark up on the vehicle was. He printed info on the vehicle and then went to get a quote. He came back with a sheet that only had loan rates for 60, 66 and 72 months, zero percent interest is only on 48 month loans, they had switched the vehicle to one that the vin started with 2T and the quote was discounted less than half as much as available. I laid it all out in the parking lot that I don't like the games and what my expectations were. The manager left me a snarly message after I left saying their dealership is transparent. Transparent??? Trying to screw you in multiple positions is not transparent, it is dishonest. What a waste of my time. Then they keep leaving me voice messages saying they have sent me messages which I have not received so again more games??? I think yes. It is pretty sad because Laz comes across as a good town honest boy. More
