I had owned a 2003 Tundra for many years and thought I wanted a car, oops. I feel that Chuck and the folks at Heritage Toyota gave me a fail trade and I feel I got a good price on the new Tundra. Chuck was great to work with. I never felt pressured and there wasn't an epic negotiation session.
