Best car buying experience ever! I went into Toyota not having much of an idea what kind of car I wanted, just that I wanted a Toyota. I HATE car buying, and even worse, salesmen! Rob's approach was far different then what I had experienced before. He didn't rush me, he didn't pressure me, he just gave me the facts about the vehicles I asked about. He made some excellent suggestions as well. All other dealerships I have been to have made me feel like I was swindled into buying something I didn't want. Not this time! I'm so happy with the vehicle I chose and its definitely due to Rob's patience and easy going approach. Thanks Rob! Can't wait until we need another new vehicle, we will be going right to Rob. More

First time using the Service Center This was the first time I have had any experience with the Toyota Service Center. I recently leased a new Highlander. My salesman was great with communicating with me and keeping me informed of when my new vehicle would be in and did a great job with the whole leasing process. We were not able to spend the whole allotted time to go through our new Highlander because our daughters had to be at a swim meet. John made sure to keep in touch about any questions and worked with me on anything I needed help with. This week I used the Service Dept for the first time. The service personnel were very personable, informative and most importantly had me out of there when they said they would if not a few minutes earlier. Very good experience. More

I had two vehicles to be serviced (over two days) and was lucky enough to have Amber take care of me both times. She is personable, friendly, and right on the ball. If she is typical of this branch's Service Department, I will be back as I was very impressed with her. On another note, if it is possible, I recommend your computers be upgraded so they can access information from White River Toyota. After all, both dealerships are part of Heritage and this would be a great time saver for all. More

He went above and beyond working with the service department making sure that the car was in great shape before he turned it over. Great dealership! I use the service department at Heritage. They do my oil changes while I wait. They have a great waiting area with tons of Amenities. I appreciate how the service rep always tells me exactly what they are going to do and checks in with me about anything before they do the work. Everyone is nice and the heater service bay is a treat in the winter. I've had oil changes, brake work, transmission line work and a number of potential issues investigated. I never feel like they try to oversell me and I don't feel pressured into buying air filters from them or anything like that. Great place. The service app on the website is great as well. So easy to schedule service. You can use the chat to check in on stuff as well and it's much easier than calling. More
