I was purchasing my first car. I was nervous and asked several questions, but all the employees took time to answer them all. They reassured me the vehicle was a smart buy. When I walked into the dealership I was not looking for a specific car nor did I really have any idea what I wanted. The dealers especially Mason took time to show me a couple. I test drove one and didn't want to get out. It did not take long once I knew which car I wanted to purchase. The dealers worked efficiently and were all very friendly. Thanks! More
We live in Texas...have an apartment in Stowe and spend time in VT to visit children and grandchildrn. We came to Heritage to buy 'first car' for to-be-16 yr old. Jim is THE BEST! He listens and identifies your interest and needs. He know his Toyota product, Heritage inventory, and 'Other location' Toyota inventory well enought to make a perfect match. He has a wonderful personality, integrity, honest and dependable. We had thought we would make purchases in Texas between now and early 2011. HOWEVER, with Heritage, Jim and Nick....we 1. Traded in '07 Jeep Liberty(heritage managed payoff and all Chrysler paperwork) 2. Purchased used '08 Toyota Yaris for granddaughter....and was she ever surprised and thrilled! This car was on the Heritage lot. 3. Purchased a used '09 Toyota Avalon XLS which Heritage acquired from dealership in NJ to meet our requirements on accessories. 4. Purchased a '10 Toyota Prius IV which Heritage acquired from dealership in MA so that I could have Blizzard Pearl color with solar cell feature on the roof. All of this was done is very short time frame....like one week...and we drove the Prius back to Texas. We will buy Toyota again.....and, more importantly, we will buy again from Heritage and drive the vehicles home to Texas. More
I am an independent business owner and was looking to purchase 2 cars for my business.We decided on 2 2010 Scion XBs and were very excited to purchase our automobiles.Throughout the test drive process, w purchase 2 cars for my business.We decided on 2 2010 Scion XBs and were very excited to purchase our automobiles.Throughout the test drive process, we were treated like royalty by Mr. Johnson.He always greeted us with a friendly smile and was more than willing to help in any way possible.When the time came to close it was discovered that my trade,which had a large payoff, was not included in the numbers.As you can imagine, my partner and I were very disappointed.I remember thinking that this deal could not possibly go through-the dealership would lose money if it did.That is when Mr. Denecker and Ms.Rodriguez became involved.Jim asked us to take a moment to let them discuss the deal.When we came back into the room Mr.Denecker told us that because they had made the deal with us they were going to take my trade-pay it off-and honor our original deal as if we had no trade!!I was floored! Never in my 54 years had I ever been treated so wonderfully at an auto dealership!!I am highly recommending this dealership because they provide great service and truly stand behind their word-something that is sorely lacking in our society today!! I am a repeat customer of this dealership and was back in the market for a new Toyota. I live near another local Toyota dealership but don't care for the personnel and service/reputation. I went into this transaction with a no nonsence approach as usual and wanted the bottom line up front. I quickly got that from Ryan immediately and started corresponding with Adam Rich, one of the sales associates. Adam got back to me in ten minutes on a minor question about the trailer hitch options on a Prius. Not only did he have the answer, but he also noted that he would get it done locally at the best price. I had already done my homework on this with the Sales and Parts people and he confirmed my findings. I asked for a certain model and options and Adam located the car and had it enroute to Vermont in 24 hours. He was extremely efficient at getting back to me without the need for my initiating this contact. The car was ready, hitch installed, and the price quote back to me in a very efficient manner. In doing my homework, I contacted the Sales and Parts personnel in two dealerships and sought out these folks at Heritage. I was only shopping, not buying at this point. I got the facts by these sections taking the time to give me their honest feedback on the Prius and the RAV 4. I was impressed with the completeness of the responses and the aspect that these folks were busy, but still took the time to deal with this guy with all the questions!!!! I bought the car and we are impressed with the experience. I recommend this dealership, but more importantly, the people that make up this team that I dealt with. More

From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away with my new Tundra the whole staff was courteous and helpful. They helped me find the vehicle I wanted and didn't try to sell me on something just because it was on their lot. They answered all my questions and even some I didn't think to ask, which is great because we all forget to think of some things. I told them what I wanted to accomplish as far as the dollars and cents part of the deal and they were able to come up with a plan that I think both sides are happy with. I like the little tour of the service department and explanation of how things are done there. Never got that with other dealerships. One reason I will not visit or do business with certain dealers in the area is because the sales staff is really pushy and all they want to do is make a sale. They don't really care about satisfying the customer, they just want to move inventory off the lot. I never got any feeling of that type of attitude with the people at Heritage. I am the type of person that prefers to do business with people/companies that really put customer service first. I would rather pay a little more somewhere where you get good service and a feeling that they want to take care of YOU than to get the best price ever, but feel like you are just another sale. Overall I would rate my experience at Heritage very high and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

My husband and I were looking for a new 4-door Toyota Tacoma. We wanted a truck that met our needs and our budget. Mason had called us up to get the specifics on what we were looking for in the Truck and Tacoma. We wanted a truck that met our needs and our budget. Mason had called us up to get the specifics on what we were looking for in the Truck and had really listened to all our needs because he had the perfect model picked out for us when we got there. We test drove the car that night but had to get in and out quickly as we have a 7 month old and no time to sit around a dealership for hours. The following day I met with him briefly to appraise our current SUV that we were trading in and to review numbers. Again I was in and out of there quickly. The rest of the negotiating was done over the phone and really felt like Mason and Jason (sales manager) worked hard to get us to the best price for the truck and the trade-in that we were comfortable with. The day we signed and picked up the truck they had all the paperwork ready for us, Mary had all of our financing paperwork ready and was extremely helpful. We met a few other managers and felt that the entire staff at Heritage was very respectful. Overall we were very pleased with the service, experience and we love the new truck. More
