Absolutely outstanding experience with my sales rep, Megan Terry, she was knowledgeable, had a good understanding of what I was looking for and was able to find the car I would be happy with. I had been on the fence between a Toyota and a Honda CRV and she convinced me that the Toyota Rav4 would meet my needs much more than the Honda. Once I decided on the car Megan was very helpful in getting the blue tooth working, and the Entune app established and gave me an overall rundown of the features. I was also impressed that she stayed beyond closing time and prior to that was willing to come in on her day off to meet me. I would definitely buy my next car from her and felt that she was giving me the best deal possible and a fair trade in value. More

Caitlin was great! She was very attentive. Heritage had the vehicle I was looking to purchase (a used Odyssey) and she had me come in to look at it, when it was convenient for me even though she was not wo the vehicle I was looking to purchase (a used Odyssey) and she had me come in to look at it, when it was convenient for me even though she was not working that day.
