Ryan specifically addressed a service issue and resolved the problem immediately for me. Chuck programmed his cell phone information in my phone when setting up our Blue Tooth device and insisted we contact him with any questions. We hope to have the opportunity to work with them again when it comes time to replace our other Toyota, something we expect to do within the next 2 years. From the start, I felt like he really listened to exactly what I was looking for and never once tried to talk me into anything else. I'm the type of person that knows what I want and what I can afford, and Jason respected that. The other dealership I met with only seemed to want to talk to my significant other, even though I was the one buying the truck. The entire process at Heritage was very painless and only took 2 visits of a couple hours each...one visit to test drive a truck and tell them what I wanted, the second to pick up my truck! Travis in finance made the paperwork side of things very simple to understand. Overall we are very pleased!!!!!! More

He gave us the most money for our trades out of 3 dealers we talked to and helped us to get out of debt with one of the vehicles by starting a lease, had our best interests in mind. I Have baught 3 vehicles from him. and my parents have also baught a vehicle from him. Always smiles, remembered who i was and that he had sold a rig to my parents also, 3 years later. when I purchased my first vehicle it was with chuck, he went through all the details with me of the sale and gave me advice what he said was "it's what i would tell my kid to do", tried to start me off on the right foot with my first vehicle.
