I went to another dealership first and after a week of going back and forth I never did get what I wanted. After momments I was able to get what I wanted and needed from Heritage!!! I purchased the vehicle we drove and my husband was never satisfied with it. He drove our daughter's Toyota RAV 4 and loved it so decided to check one out. She recommended Heritage Toyota to us. Upon entering the dealership, we were immediately met by Mason who introduced himself, offered his assistance and questioned us about our needs and wants. During the time we were with him, he was friendly and personable getting to our needs without being pushy. We then met with Mary who also was friendly while getting business done. We were running on close time restraints because of an orthodontist appointment for our grandchild and both Mason and Mary worked together to ensure that we were in our new vehicle and on our way in plenty of time. Not only were were impresssed by Mason and Mary, but by the entire dealership. Everyone we met spoke to us in a friendly manner and we felt like they wanted and appreciated us. We would recommend these employees and this dealership without reservation. Mike James was very helpful in helping me pick out my 2008 Prius. I was very pleased that he listened to my concerns about price and fuel mileage and didn't try to convince me to buy a more expensive car 2008 Prius. He was very knowledgeable on the features of the cars he showed me and seemed to be aware of the inventory of cars that fit my budget without needing to look around the lot first. He treated me like a person and not just like a sale which felt good. Timothy Baptie and the financing team then worked hard together to help ensure that I could get the car with the financing I wanted and not have to over spend for features I didn't want or need. The service team was also nice and quick about replacing the wiring for one of my headlights that had burned out. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Heritage Toyota and my Prius. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Well, where to start! Conor is by far the most down to earth, non-pushy, funny, patient, and most knowledgeable sales person we had the pleasure to deal with during our first car buying experience in alm earth, non-pushy, funny, patient, and most knowledgeable sales person we had the pleasure to deal with during our first car buying experience in almost 10 years! He knows a lot about the cars he sells compared to other dealerships we had already spoken with in the area. We were upfront in letting him know we were looking into other car manufacturers still and that never deterred him into not giving us his full attention. He let us test drive the cars we were interested in and answered all of our questions etc . In the end we did in fact end up back at Heritage to further our discussions and options for the cars we were interested in. We ended up in a new Venza and so far, cannot be happier! Conor went thru all our options , buying or leasing, and helped us come to our final decision to lease. I give him a lot of credit in dealing with my indecisiveness, he handled it well and with a smile! Kudos Conor! I would recommend him to anyone and I hope Heritage knows what a great asset he is. They are extremely lucky to have him. So far we have only had the opportunity to deal with the sales portion of Heritage but if service is anything like our experience so far, then we made a great decision in buying our car from them! He did what he said he would do and followed through with various items that needed attention in a very timely manner. No expectations unmet. My wife and I also found Mr. Fucido to have a wonderful sense of easy humor which made dealing with him an absolute pleasure. We were exceptionally satisfied. Worst place ever! They do not listen to you and fix your problems. I have been there four times with the same issue and it's still not fixed. They said no TSB no fix. I was greeted with a smile and a woman who immediately took a look at my used car and sat me down to discuss my price range. As a young woman who regrettably was underwater with her first vehicle, Aleta quickly put me at ease and reassured me that she would be able to help me out of my vehicle crisis. I was quickly brought outside to view vehicles and was refreshingly surprised to find nothing but a "can-do" attitude from Aleta and her colleagues about meeting me needs. Not only did I find a vehicle that I liked a great deal, but I was allowed 2 full days to test drive the vehicle and think about my decision. As a young person building their credit, I was concerned about making the wrong choice, and after day was told, "keep it another day - I don't want you to make the wrong choice, whatever it may be for you...". Once I began working with the Finance Office to purchase the vehicle, I was once again met with a great persistance to get me where I needed to be financially.
