I have not purchased a new Toyota since a 1978 Celica 5 speed that we immediately took cross country- an excellent car, but not built for the 5 mile back road we ended up on when we moved to Vermont in 198 speed that we immediately took cross country- an excellent car, but not built for the 5 mile back road we ended up on when we moved to Vermont in 1981. Many new cars later, I found myself being handed the keys to a brand new Corolla Hybrid AWD from Frankie Candido at Heritage Toyota. What a find! And I mean Frankie, not just the car. He seems to have that rare ability to quickly determine a customer’s needs, acting to decisively and fairly make a great deal. His easy communication and true knowledge of the cars made it actually enjoyable to make this purchase. I was looking for a quick buy and he made it all happen in a short time. I know he will also take the time and effort to make a more complicated search and purchase work with minimal stress for the customer. I bought a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid. Seth was filling in for his colleague Matt who couldnt be there the day of my pick up. Seth was everything you’d want in a sales person. Approacha Seth was filling in for his colleague Matt who couldnt be there the day of my pick up. Seth was everything you’d want in a sales person. Approachable, honest, patient and thoughtful. He made my experience there on a Saturday morning enjoyable. He sat in the car with me and went through all of my questions and even helped me take off the roof racks, which was clearly above and beyond his role. Selling a car is about repeat business and referrals if you want to be successful at it and Seth would get both from me. No last minute gotcha’s with trade in either, which i deeply appreciate. As for the dealership. Clean, friendly and buzzing environment with lots of sales guys. Their quality of service is better because they compete. It’s a simple tenant of capitalism that is rarely seen in Vermont. The only odd thing was the pictures on the wall. Over indexing on hunting photos, which I personally found a little bit creepy considering less than 20% of Vermonters hunt. More
