Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle My wife and I went to Heritage to tryout a Toyota Tundra. We were greeted by Adam Stoner when we walked in. He got a vehicle for us to tryout and we t My wife and I went to Heritage to tryout a Toyota Tundra. We were greeted by Adam Stoner when we walked in. He got a vehicle for us to tryout and we took it for a drive. We liked the vehicle but they did not have a color on the lot that we liked. Adam said they could get the color we wanted but it might take a few days. After we found out what we would be allowed for our old truck we said put step tubes on and you have a deal. He called us 2 days later and said the truck was being loaded onto a train in Texas and it would be here in 10 or 12 days. Picked truck up today. This is the way purchasing a new vehicle should be. Fun and non stressful. Thank you Heritage and most of all you Adam for making this an easy and enjoyable experience. More

Let us take the extra time to be absolutely sure We went into Heritage after seeing a car on Cars.com. We wanted to just look at a car and were not sure that we could make it work. Marc was patient We went into Heritage after seeing a car on Cars.com. We wanted to just look at a car and were not sure that we could make it work. Marc was patient and willing to trust us. We took the car for a drive and were in love. When we went back to the dealership, he worked with us to negotiate a price that would work in our budget and then, even after all that, let us take the vehicle out again to have our trusted mechanic look at it. We were nervous that we would get "talked into" a car that was not going to work for our family but that was not the case here. Marc wanted to get us into the car that would be best for what we wanted and was willing to work with us until we were sure of what we were purchasing. We have already decided that when we have to replace our second vehicle we will give Marc a call. We trust him and that means a whole xxxx of a lot when making such a big purchase. More

We had already had a Highlander when we moved to Vermont and since then have bought another Highlander from Heritage and now a Prius. We're always very satisfied with our experience at Toyota. The Service Department is always polite and informative about the work we need done. We trust their judgement. Both the Sales area and the Customer Service area are spotless.
