As one might expect, they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. More importantly to us, they were patient, understanding and supportive throughout the process. Adam Rich, our sales consultant, was especially helpful in ensuring that we purchased the right car for our needs and interests and responsive to our questions. The sales manager Larry Lussier clearly understood that buying a car was a big decision for us and was attentive to our needs. Travis Green, the financial services manager, was very personable and thorough in explaining the financial options and considerations. Steve Bourgoin, the delivery specialist, displayed amazing patience, courtesy and understanding in explaining all the car's features. All four of these guys are gems! Heritage is fortunate to have them. Because of them, Heritage is a great place to buy a car. More

I have been searching for a Tacoma since May. As soon as I went to Heritage Toyota and met Jason Dillon, I knew that I was going to find the exact truck that I wanted. Jason assured me that he would do anyt I went to Heritage Toyota and met Jason Dillon, I knew that I was going to find the exact truck that I wanted. Jason assured me that he would do anything within his power to find me the Tacoma that I wanted and HE DID! Jason and I "clicked" from the very start. He is a great guy with a huge personality, and has a sense of humor to match. He went out of his way to call me anytime that he found a truck that he thought that I would be interested in taking for a test drive. I can be extremely fussy and Jason understood that. He remembered exactly what I wanted, and exactly what I didn't, and made sure that I left there very satisfied. I never felt any pressure about buying a truck. He let me move at my own pace, and kept the lines of communication open, until we found my Tacoma. Having Jason as a sales rep was a great experience and I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used vehicle. I am certain that we will stay in touch throughout the coming years. More

My husband and I went to Heritage to look at possible new cars. Both of us had a lease ending and we weren't sure if we were going to buy our old cars or lease new ones. Megan met with us on two separate occasions, looked through multiple different options for vehicles and pricing, and did an exemplary job of helping of find the best decision for our family and our budget. Megan was great and followed up with calls and emails before and after the sale. Love my RAV4. Not my first one. All ready getting 28 mpg and that is just driving back and forth to work. Megan was efficient with getting paperwork ready and explaining how to 'train' my car to listen and do what I say. Who would have thought I could talk to my car and make it call people! Overall it was a pleasant experience (even if I did have to bring my husband with me.) More
