I was helping a friend looking at used cars, and we found a particular car of interest at Heritage. We ended up speaking to Megan about the car, and she set up an appointment for us to see it at our conveni a particular car of interest at Heritage. My friend was not in any hurry to buy a car, and Megan was very respectful and understanding of this. There was no pressure to close a deal or attempt to sell anything other than the vehicle being considered, and the follow-up has been considerate. Given my own experience with large dealerships, I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience and felt comfortable during the process. I recently purchased a Tacoma pickup from Heritage and had the good fortune of having Tonja Little as my sales person. She is an excellent listener and, while she did tell me about possible upgrades and had the good fortune of having Tonja Little as my sales person. It is more like she guided me through the process of picking out and buying the right truck. Once I made my decision, she was very enthusiastic about it which really helped me feel like I had made the right decision instead of just settling for something. All in all, a great sales experience. And there’s more! She follows up with me when I have the truck serviced to make sure everything is OK.
