Leasing was an experiment for me as it was my first leased vehicle and the result, for me, was an unqualified success to say the least. On April 23, 2015 I decided to stop in to the Heritage Toyota car lots and was met by Daniel Pasco, a pleasant Sales and Leasing Consultant. Long story short, I made an appointment for the next day at 1 pm with Daniel and drove off the lot with a fantastic new 2015 Camry a few hours later! There was a bit of price negotiating but Daniel was looking out for me, wanting to keep me in the Toyota family as I had requested. The right way to treat a service customer I recently purchased a previously owned Tundra and in a separate transaction, an extra set of wheels with TPM sensors that needed to be programed to m I recently purchased a previously owned Tundra and in a separate transaction, an extra set of wheels with TPM sensors that needed to be programed to my vehicle. Since I understood this required a dealer operation, I made an appointment with Heritage Toyota Service. I've had mixed results with this dealer's service in the past, so I wanted to talk to a service advisor rather than simply drop the vehicle there. Besides, the confirming service order that I received via email was worded incorrectly, so I felt the extra effort was needed. Enter Shane Bowley, Assistant Service Manager. He greeted me at the vehicle, we discussed the several items I wanted accomplished, went over the special handling required and Shane delivered on each. He said he would call; and he did, we agreed on a pick-up time; and my Tundra was ready to go in front of the service area! All the work seems to be done correctly and it appears that I won't have to return to get things corrected. This wasn't a complicated repair order. The work just needed the right oversight to make sure it was done right. Thank you Shane; you delivered the proper service that should be the standard! Fred K. More

I knew the specific car I was looking for and the max price I could pay. Rob met those needs with no haggle, no pushy sales pitch, and he didn't try to sell me on different car. I was impressed with his straight forwardness and his honesty. I drove an hour and ½ to meet with him at the dealership and he kept his word on everything. I won’t go anywhere else now. I have a 15 year old son and he just got his driving permit. He is saving money for a pickup truck…I will be calling Rob Ploof for him next year. More

Eleni was considerate of my budget, conscientious of my needs and wants, and I really believe steered me toward the right Truck for me. Her wit and humor is pleasant and authentic. No schmoosie I want to be your buddy approach. It may be their secret weapon, but buying a truck from Eleni felt like having a caring, non-overbearing, idealized mother/grandmother to go shopping with. She gave me space, no gimmicks, that I'm aware of, and in the end I walked away feeling like I was respected and got a really good deal. Parker Fothergill spent an entire afternoon giving me information about all my options and what sounded like the best options based on my lifestyle. After spending hours going over what works best, he then let me test drive as many vehicles as I needed to until I found the vehicle for me. After realizing the price as a little steep, Parker searched for days to find me the right vehicle for the right price. Not a week later I drove off in a brand new 2015 Toyota Tundra with everything I wanted and more. To be honest, I went to Heritage planning on using them purely for information, but once Parker sat me down and spent countless hours with me making sure I was taken care of, I knew he would be making the sale. TRADE VALUE: I worked with Ryan Denecker on my trade value to ensure I got a good deal. My trade was an important part of purchasing a new vehicle and Ryan was truly able to understand that and meet me where I needed to be to purchase my new Tundra. Ryan was very easy to work with and listened to exactly what I had to offer. If I had to deal with anyone regarding trade value and customer service, Ryan wins hands down. MANAGEMENT: Shannon was my "behind the scenes" advocate who was truly able to understand how difficult buying a truck can be and understood the middle ground that needs to be met in order to sell vehicles. Her many years of sales experience showed during our interaction. FINANCE: Finally, Jon was who I wrapped up with regarding financing. Jon worked well with me and told me in great detail everything I needed to know regarding financing my new vehicle. What I appreciated the most is that Jon didn't push the warranty work down my throat, he simply showed me the benefit to purchasing the various plans. While I did not go with the platinum plan, he did such a good job telling me the benefits of the other plans that I purchased a lesser one and still feel better protected with my new Tundra. OVERALL: Customer service, quality of vehicle and overall experience, I'd absolutely recommend looking Mr. Fothergill up during your next visit to Heritage Toyota. Hats off to Parker, Shannon, Ryan and Jon for turning what could've been a terrible experience into a great one. More

Dan and Mike came up with a great price and we picked up the car the next morning as promised. Chris showed us all the options on the truck. Nick got the paperwork done quickly and we were out in less than an hour. We really didn't feel pressured and felt like they wanted us to be happy with our purchase. The truck has been great!
