I requested a test drive in a vehicle of interest, which he immediately arranged. Matthew was thorough in explaining the details of the vehicle and the test drive went well. The vehicle was great! Back at the dealership we were able to negotiate a deal to my satisfaction without the pressure usually experienced with other salesman.
