Top Shelf Operation My wife and I dropped by just to browse the 2014 RAV4s, with no intention of speaking to a salesman. Matt Babcock happened by and very politely and un My wife and I dropped by just to browse the 2014 RAV4s, with no intention of speaking to a salesman. Matt Babcock happened by and very politely and unobtrusively asked us if we had any questions. We did, and Matt answered them clearly and thoroughly. Later, I corresponded with Matt through email. He was prompt and straightforward all the way. When I came in to talk about trading my 2009 RAV4, and arriving at a price for the 2014, Matt was pleasant and accommodating to deal with. Never once did I feel pressure from him. He seemed genuinely concerned with my comfort level throughout the entire process. After clinching the deal there were a few follow-up items which Matt handled for me exactly the way he promised to. I would deal with him again in a heartbeat. Jeremy Martin was quite fabulous and patient with me as he took me through the electronics of the vehicle, e.g. Audio, phone, navigation, etc., ALL of which was new to me. He's an incredibly knowledgeable guy, and a unique and key player in the overall purchase experience. Jon Diamond was great to work with as well. He took me through the financial piece with an upbeat and lighthearted attitude that certainly made all the paperwork seem painless. Overall, I am completely impressed with the all of the Heritage people I encountered. You folks have developed a top-notch experience for buyers! I'll see you again in four or five years. More

The first sales rep I had showed me a vehicle that was nothing that I was looking for, not in my price range, and not even the model I asked for. He made me feel like I had to take it or I would get nothing else.. I knew someone that worked here and that is just not the way business is done at this facility. I contacted her and she set me up with Catlin. I could've have asked for anyone better. She, in the end got me what I wanted and for the payment I was looking for. I couldn't believe it. She never gave up and worked a lot on getting me into the car I wanted... I can never thank her enough for what she did for me. I would never think of going to another place after dealing with her and the rest of the staff there. Thank you all for everything. It's very much appreciated. More

Best Purchasing Experience Ever with Rob Ploof! Until now, I have never enjoyed a vehicle buying experience. Rob met me at the door when and introduced himself. I told him that I wasn't ready to purchase anything but needed to weigh my options. He didn't force me to go look at a vehicle or test drive one before he could talk to me. He brought me to his desk and instantly made me feel like a long-time friend. I told him what my needs were and we talked about what would be best for me. Rob spent easily 5 hours with me over the next two days while I test drove vehicles and figured out what I wanted. He helped me find the vehicle that was what he knew I would want and helped me get to a price that met my needs. Since the purchase, Rob has checked in to make sure I am happy with my 4Runner. I love it. I am especially grateful for the incredible customer service that Rob gave to me. Heritage is so fortunate to have Rob and I hope he is there when we are ready for our next vehicle.
