Best car buying experience ever! I went into Toyota not having much of an idea what kind of car I wanted, just that I wanted a Toyota. I HATE car buying, and even worse, salesmen! Rob's approach was far different then what I had experienced before. He didn't rush me, he didn't pressure me, he just gave me the facts about the vehicles I asked about. He made some excellent suggestions as well. All other dealerships I have been to have made me feel like I was swindled into buying something I didn't want. Not this time! I'm so happy with the vehicle I chose and its definitely due to Rob's patience and easy going approach. Thanks Rob! Can't wait until we need another new vehicle, we will be going right to Rob. More

My salesman was great with communicating with me and keeping me informed of when my new vehicle would be in and did a great job with the whole leasing process. We were not able to spend the whole allotted time to go through our new Highlander because our daughters had to be at a swim meet. John made sure to keep in touch about any questions and worked with me on anything I needed help with. This week I used the Service Dept for the first time. The service personnel were very personable, informative and most importantly had me out of there when they said they would if not a few minutes earlier. Very good experience. More

He went above and beyond working with the service department making sure that the car was in great shape before he turned it over. I had two vehicles to be serviced (over two days) and was lucky enough to have Amber take care of me both times. She is personable, friendly, and right on the ball. If she is typical of this branch's Service Department, I will be back as I was very impressed with her. On another note, if it is possible, I recommend your computers be upgraded so they can access information from White River Toyota. After all, both dealerships are part of Heritage and this would be a great time saver for all. More

Best Long Distance Relationship Ever My husband and I recently bought a used Toyota Tundra. To do so, we traded in an older model Tacoma to help offset the cost. Firstly, Mr. Phil Devoid gave us an excellent trade-in value. We searched everywhere for someone to give us what we felt we deserved for it, and he met that price easily. Secondly, we drove all the way from Potsdam, New York, to make the trade/purchase and we literally drove out with the new truck on the same day. What we found most incredible, however, was how Heritage handled the next issue. We noticed a repair that needed to be done within the first week of purchase. Nervous, because we were three hours away, we weren't sure how to proceed. Once again, Heritage went above and beyond to send a driver with a 'loaner' car to our home so he could drive our truck back for repair. Within days, our truck was back again, at no cost or time to us at all. I can't rave enough about this whole experience and truly feel that a trip to Heritage Toyota is worth it in every way. More
