Angus was helpful, attentive, and all around pleasant, to be around from the first day we walked into the day that we bought a beautiful Toyota Tacoma. My father and I were shopping around, and weighing our options. Angus understood this, he did not want to put me into a truck that wasn't the truck for me. He wanted to show us everything that they had at the dealership that met our needs, and then gave us the time and space to make a decision. He periodically checked in and made sure to make him self easily available, and when we needed him he was there and followed through with everything that he promised and more. He invested a great amount of time and patience allowing us to test drive a few cars to get a feel of them, and every question we had. When the time came, he spent a lot of time with us to make sure that we got a fair deal, and was everything we could have asked for him a car salesmen. Angus and the entire workforce at Heritage Toyota were helpful and easy to talk to and work with. With out any hesitation I would return if I were in need of another vehicle... but I don't see that happening anytime soon seeing as I am the new proud owner of one of the most dependable, bullet proof trucks on the market to date. I really like being able to literally drive up to the counter to drop my truck off. All the service writers, technicians, and support people are friendly and want to help. They work pretty darn hard to make your life easier. Granted sometimes they have to give you not so good news, but they try their best to lessen the impact on your wallet. Thanks to Jay for getting me set up with new tires and the mechanic who was able to get my alignment done despite frozen cam adjuster bolts! You guys rock. My truck drives so much better. I'll be back :) More

Since then, Rob followed up with a couple of brief emails to check in. His thoughtful and respectful approach is what led me to return to Heritage last weekend to buy my Rav4 from him! (I have to echo a previous review- as a single mom with a child tagging along, I greatly appreciated Rob's natural rapport with kids and his efforts to make certain we were comfortable through the process.) Some of the major problems that I have endured after I purchased the car from you are: problems with the braking system, bumper, steering/tire vibration, and transmission. Toyota guarantees that all pre-owned cars are inspected from top to bottom and any problems are fixed before the sale. Refer to the Toyota Certified Used Vehicles program (around since 1996) and the 160-Point Quality Assurance Inspection. Was the 160-Point Quality Assurance Inspection (guaranteed by Toyota) even done on my car? A proper and thorough inspection prior to the sale would have taken care of all the issues that I’ve endured. You have been in this business since 1993, so I find it hard to believe that you didn’t have an idea that things were wrong with our Certified Used car. You assured us that the car was in good condition. If you were not so sure, you should have been able to rely on your team there at Heritage. Was my car roadworthy??? Trusting you has caused me to lose thousands of dollars. Enjoy your commission at my expense. More

Great sales experience I recently purchased my 3rd Toyota Prius...I am now the happy owner of a brand new 2016 Prius 2. The sales person I dealt with, John DeWilde, is the c I recently purchased my 3rd Toyota Prius...I am now the happy owner of a brand new 2016 Prius 2. The sales person I dealt with, John DeWilde, is the current Prius "expert" at Heritage and he answered ALL my questions about the current models and what he felt I would be happy with, based on my other cars, and my questions/concerns. Plus, he told me many other "how-to" details about my new vehicle, and before sending me home, he sat in the car with me, set up all my devices, and explained any new/different features. He also encouraged me to call him if any questions/issues came up and he would set up a time for me to come in and he would go over whatever difficulty I might be having. I felt so comfortable talking with him and he definitely knows the Prius! The other 2 sales persons I had are not still at Heritage but John is a long term employee (almost 10 years now) and I have faith that he will be there for me if the need should arise. More

Not pushy at all, and upfront and straightforward. He did everything he could to get a good deal for us. Ever since then I have brought my truck back for regular maintenance and am always greeted by friendly staff and they are all very helpful. I have also used their shuttle service a few times, and I have never arrived anywhere late. They do a wonderful job making sure their customers needs are met. My husband has also just recently taken his Dodge there to get some repairs made because we had multiple problems with the Dodge dealership across the street. Toyota was very kind and helpful through the whole process and got everything we needed repaired done in a timely manner. When I returned with my Tacoma they remembered my husband and I and asked how his truck was doing since they serviced it. I was very impressed and have never had a bad experience here. I love Toyota! :) More
