The sales person I dealt with, John DeWilde, is the c I recently purchased my 3rd Toyota Prius...I am now the happy owner of a brand new 2016 Prius 2. The sales person I dealt with, John DeWilde, is the current Prius "expert" at Heritage and he answered ALL my questions about the current models and what he felt I would be happy with, based on my other cars, and my questions/concerns. Plus, he told me many other "how-to" details about my new vehicle, and before sending me home, he sat in the car with me, set up all my devices, and explained any new/different features. He also encouraged me to call him if any questions/issues came up and he would set up a time for me to come in and he would go over whatever difficulty I might be having. I felt so comfortable talking with him and he definitely knows the Prius! The other 2 sales persons I had are not still at Heritage but John is a long term employee (almost 10 years now) and I have faith that he will be there for me if the need should arise. More
Very Pleased I bought my Tacoma in June 2015 and it was a very smooth process. Daniel, the salesman helping me was wonderful to work with. Not pushy at all, and up I bought my Tacoma in June 2015 and it was a very smooth process. Daniel, the salesman helping me was wonderful to work with. Not pushy at all, and upfront and straightforward. He did everything he could to get a good deal for us. Ever since then I have brought my truck back for regular maintenance and am always greeted by friendly staff and they are all very helpful. I have also used their shuttle service a few times, and I have never arrived anywhere late. They do a wonderful job making sure their customers needs are met. My husband has also just recently taken his Dodge there to get some repairs made because we had multiple problems with the Dodge dealership across the street. Toyota was very kind and helpful through the whole process and got everything we needed repaired done in a timely manner. When I returned with my Tacoma they remembered my husband and I and asked how his truck was doing since they serviced it. I was very impressed and have never had a bad experience here. I love Toyota! :) More
Chuck Heingartner My Tundra came with 2 year/25K complimentary oil changes. This is great but Heritage Toyota is about 40 minutes away and it would be a pain to take of My Tundra came with 2 year/25K complimentary oil changes. This is great but Heritage Toyota is about 40 minutes away and it would be a pain to take off work to drop it off. Oh, wait a minute, I'm working with Chuck and we live in the same town. Chuck takes my Tundra in the morning for the maintenance and drops it off when he comes home for the day. Are you kidding me? I've worked with Sales people who really made an extra effort to please me. But, I have never worked with someone so willing to maintain a long term customer relationship like he does. Chuck makes me feel like if I needed a shirt he'd offer his up with a big smile on his face. If you're going to buy a Toyota, you need to talk to Chuck. More
Angus came through! I wanted a payment less a month then I what was currently paying for my trade in vehicle. I had never considered a lease due to the last experience I had with a previous vehicle back in 1989. When Angus suggested this avenue and explained to me the changes made in the leasing program then that sealed the deal. And i appreciated that. Thanks Angus!! And he's been very helpful since picking up the vehicle. He awlays tells me to contact him if there's anything I need. So he's been helpful after the the fact. More

Great satisfaction I was met promptly upon arrival, reasons for service discussed and my concerns noted (tire chronically losing air). I was shown to the visitor's com I was met promptly upon arrival, reasons for service discussed and my concerns noted (tire chronically losing air). I was shown to the visitor's comfortable waiting area. Soon, the representative notified me of the cause of tire problems was a nail, and that repair was made. After all service was completed work performed was discussed and I was able to make an appointment for my next routine service. I was left with a good feeling for the whole experience. More
