But it takes someone who is progressively knowledgeable about specific vehicles to properly care for an aging SUV with 260,000+ miles on it. I need a service center that is thorough enough to catch nascent problems before they hatch into full blown catastrophic failures. I really don't want to have to call for a tow truck while my family and I are stranded at Smugglers Notch! I also need a Service Advisor who is smart enough to explain issues to me in a way my non-mechanical brain can comprehend. Thank you, Amber. More

I was returning my lease and signing up for another one and it was stress/worry free! Shawn Carpenter was so wonderful to work with. He reached out to me via email giving me my options and scenarios for potential decisions. He met with me and presented me with all the run downs of different price points and was able to provide me with the best option. Jason Dillon was so amazing to work with! He ran all the numbers for me and I just had to sit back and relax, He was patient and understanding with my inability to decide on what to do that would work in my budget. We test drove the car together and he provided accurate information on all the changes made to the newer model. He was informative and personable! I felt very comfortable and with his guidance was able to make the best decision for me! I would recommend anyone to him! Jeffrey O'Meara was excellent to work with in the financial department! He provided all the information on the screen so I could see and explained how everything would be handled. It was quick and easy and I felt knowledgeable about where my money was going! More

My father and I were shopping around, and weighing our options. Angus understood this, he did not want to put me into a truck that wasn't the truck for me. He wanted to show us everything that they had at the dealership that met our needs, and then gave us the time and space to make a decision. He periodically checked in and made sure to make him self easily available, and when we needed him he was there and followed through with everything that he promised and more. He invested a great amount of time and patience allowing us to test drive a few cars to get a feel of them, and every question we had. When the time came, he spent a lot of time with us to make sure that we got a fair deal, and was everything we could have asked for him a car salesmen. Angus and the entire workforce at Heritage Toyota were helpful and easy to talk to and work with. With out any hesitation I would return if I were in need of another vehicle... but I don't see that happening anytime soon seeing as I am the new proud owner of one of the most dependable, bullet proof trucks on the market to date. I really like being able to literally drive up to the counter to drop my truck off. All the service writers, technicians, and support people are friendly and want to help. They work pretty darn hard to make your life easier. Granted sometimes they have to give you not so good news, but they try their best to lessen the impact on your wallet. Thanks to Jay for getting me set up with new tires and the mechanic who was able to get my alignment done despite frozen cam adjuster bolts! You guys rock. My truck drives so much better. I'll be back :) More

Since then, Rob followed up with a couple of brief emails to check in. His thoughtful and respectful approach is what led me to return to Heritage last weekend to buy my Rav4 from him! (I have to echo a previous review- as a single mom with a child tagging along, I greatly appreciated Rob's natural rapport with kids and his efforts to make certain we were comfortable through the process.) Some of the major problems that I have endured after I purchased the car from you are: problems with the braking system, bumper, steering/tire vibration, and transmission. Toyota guarantees that all pre-owned cars are inspected from top to bottom and any problems are fixed before the sale. Refer to the Toyota Certified Used Vehicles program (around since 1996) and the 160-Point Quality Assurance Inspection. Was the 160-Point Quality Assurance Inspection (guaranteed by Toyota) even done on my car? A proper and thorough inspection prior to the sale would have taken care of all the issues that I’ve endured. You have been in this business since 1993, so I find it hard to believe that you didn’t have an idea that things were wrong with our Certified Used car. You assured us that the car was in good condition. If you were not so sure, you should have been able to rely on your team there at Heritage. Was my car roadworthy??? Trusting you has caused me to lose thousands of dollars. Enjoy your commission at my expense. More
