Worth the drive!!! My quest to replace my Highlander started last summer. I did the usual things, I drove through the local dealership lots, talked to some salespeople, My quest to replace my Highlander started last summer. I did the usual things, I drove through the local dealership lots, talked to some salespeople, and searched online. Every time I found something I liked it was gone before I could check it out. This failed search ended when I went into my local dealership whom I had purchased the Highlander from and told them what I was looking for. When they laughed at me and said no way I walked out the door and will never return. When telling a friend this story he reminded me that Chuck had switched to selling Toyota's so I made the call. Yesterday I made the six hour round trip to pick up my new 4Runner TRD premium! Well worth the wait and the miles to get it. Everyone I dealt with at Heritage was great, my only regret was that I didn't call Chuck sooner. His experience and easy going nature made the end of my quest very pleasant and I would recommend him to everyone. Sincerely Ken Pease More

Awsome time buying a Prius & Tundra with #chuckyfromstowe I was in panic mode due to an unexpected need after accident. From the second I spoke with Chuck on the phone I knew everything would work out right! Chuck seems to have a crystal ball. He listens, offering wise advise as needed. I felt almost as if I was not buying a car! To top the experience off he is so pleasant and just plain fun to talk to, it makes car buying actually relaxing. It was late the first night I went in but he was able to come up with financing that I was comfortable with, car options I loved and handed me the keys to bring a beautiful Prius home for an overnight test drive! Yay I still can not believe I have such an awesome car so quickly. And yes this is the second purchase my family has made with Chuck! My son Hans is a professional snowboarder and needed to purchase a new truck for all his adventures. Chuck came up with a great one, but gave Hans many options, never pushing him into a purchase. I was along to co-sign if needed but Chuck was able to secure financing in Hans name alone. Whenever Hans is back in town and in need of maintenance/ inspection Chuck takes the Tundra into Heritage for him. Oh and yes Hans get to use one of Chucky great vehicle for the day too!
