Mary Poppins experience (perfect in everyway) I arrived at 4:35 for my 445 scheduled appointment to get my RAV4 inspected. Someone was there by my side as I got out of my vehicle. I was greeted I arrived at 4:35 for my 445 scheduled appointment to get my RAV4 inspected. Someone was there by my side as I got out of my vehicle. I was greeted with a smile and how was I today by the attendant. A few quick questions and explanations of what he was doing (taking pictures of the vehicle) and I was on my way to the sanctuary (the quiet room) with a fresh cup of coffee and the use of the computer made my afternoon complete. I sent a few emails and just signed off the computer when I was greeted by another person to take me to my newly inspected vehicle. To make things even more pleasant - No Charge- since I had bought my vehicle at Heritage Toyota it was free. No issues so it passed with flying colors. Thank you everyone you made my day! More

I have bought from this dealership over many years and can say I have not had a bad experience. My latest visit was the result of an accident which totaled my 10 year old Camry hybrid,which was still running like new. The cars sturdy construction and the seatbelt enabled me to walk from the accident without injury. John DeWilde had recently helped my daughter get a great deal and I went to him, saying I hoped to make a deal on an Avalon hybrid and within a week I was driving a most awesome car! Thanks John. Superb Service I had a flat tire over the weekend and called on Monday morning to see if Heritage would be able to put on my snow tires and to fix the flat.
