Probably the best new car dealership expeience I have ever h This was our first experience with the sales team at Heritage. (although for the last 2 years our RAV4 has been serviced here). While our vehicle was being serviced, I wandered over to the Toyota showroom to ask some questions about our the end of lease (was from another dealer), options. I was immediately greeted by Andy Milburn and he escorted and introduced me to Chuck Heingartner. Within 5 minutes Chuck had explained the options and offered to explore them. In less than 20 minutes, we had the outline of a deal. After our current vehicle was inspected and the options for financing laid out , we had the parameters for the deal. We set an appointment for the following day and closed the deal. The following day my wife and I met with 'finance';.....Travis Green. He was very polite, cordial, patient and very good at explaining some of the arcane financial terms. When we were ready to depart we were introduced to Ryan Denecker who sincerely thanked us for our business. We have NEVER been treated so well at a dealership. More

We were in the market for a Honda Pilot or possibly 2nd choice a Highlander and after sitting down with Chuck he reminded us of what our needs are for the family. I never thought of a mini van as an option when we started our car shopping. After Chuck told us the Sienna has an AWD version, and had more space for the whole family it became a no brainer. I wanted the safest most spacious car for my family that we could enjoy for many years. As this was my first ever new car purchase in my life, and the price was as much as the previous 7 cars i had ever owned combined i was psyched to get into a sienna limited premium with the great financing option that Nick had brought forward as an option in purchasing the vehicle. We have never owned a Toyota and are very excited for this new journey with Toyota. We are thankful for Chuck and his extensive knowledge of the car and his passion for Toyota in general. Both Chuck and Nick were extremely professional in our dealings with them and furthermore have been readily available to answer any questions we have had regarding the purchase.
