Marc understands this and I believe he did everything he could to understand exactly what I wanted- and not what the dealership wanted. Attentive, honest, knowledgeable, genuine, friendly, are just a few words I would use to describe Marc. He took the time to find the Tacoma that I wanted and that meant ordering it direct from the factory. He didn't push me to settle for a model that was on the lot, or one that he could find. I don't feel like profit was his motivator. Honestly, I had a so-so experience at Heritage about a year and a half before (other sales person), and I believe Marc made it his mission to keep my business and valued my return business. The work he did with me ensured my return business in the future. And finally, I got such a good deal, I hope he earned enough to make it worth his time! At first we were not looking to buy right away, but when that changed he stayed in contact while we looked at our options. Negotiations were good, at first we didn't see quite Eye to eye, but when I told him what our bottom line was Heritage meet it and did so while getting our car from another dealer. The only negative was on the day we picked up they were very busy which meant we had to wait a few hours to sign papers. But to be fair he did call that afternoon to warn us that they were slammed. Christine was great, very friendly and helpful. Found that we could save a few more dollars by taking the rebate over the financing deal. I thought the extended warranty was a little overpriced but we still wanted it. I look forward to working with Patrick and Christine again with another vehicle! More
