He made sure all my questions were answered and even came in on his day off to make sure everything happened smoothly when I picked up me car! Excellent help solving an intermittent problem Kate helped me resolve an intermittent problem with my audio system. It was a difficult to reproduce problem. Kate stayed in the communication loop with me to determine what needed to be done, ending some run-around I was getting from regular service. We were able to determine that the unit did need replacement. Kate even scheduled the appointment for me on fairly short notice. Total turn around time in the shop was less than an hour. I was so bugged about this particular issue that had it not been resolved, it would have made me question getting another Toyota vehicle at Heritage. I'm so happy now to have that behind me. More

Turns out it needed new brakes AND the service area was busier than usual so that I was asked if I could leave my car. Yes, I could have with a lot of shuffling around and cancelling of appointments the next day. However, Tom heard the conundrum I was dealing with and said he'd try to get my car done as one of the maintenance men said they'd stay over. I knew that Tom was doing what he could to make that happen, staying beyond the time he was to leave. I love the phone calls letting me know the status of things so I could try to plan accordingly and have a back up plan if things didn't go as expected. More
