Awsome time buying a Prius & Tundra with #chuckyfromstowe I was in panic mode due to an unexpected need after accident. From the second I spoke with Chuck on the phone I knew everything would work out right! Chuck seems to have a crystal ball. He listens, offering wise advise as needed. I felt almost as if I was not buying a car! To top the experience off he is so pleasant and just plain fun to talk to, it makes car buying actually relaxing. It was late the first night I went in but he was able to come up with financing that I was comfortable with, car options I loved and handed me the keys to bring a beautiful Prius home for an overnight test drive! Yay I still can not believe I have such an awesome car so quickly. And yes this is the second purchase my family has made with Chuck! My son Hans is a professional snowboarder and needed to purchase a new truck for all his adventures. Chuck came up with a great one, but gave Hans many options, never pushing him into a purchase. I was along to co-sign if needed but Chuck was able to secure financing in Hans name alone. Whenever Hans is back in town and in need of maintenance/ inspection Chuck takes the Tundra into Heritage for him. Oh and yes Hans get to use one of Chucky great vehicle for the day too! We had purchased at least 5 Rav 4's from this dealership and a couple camrys over the years. This car was a corolla and was too "tight" for the two of us!! Our favorite sales consultant there is Elani Floyd and Megan is the floor manager. They were both more than understanding and helped us renegotiate into a 2017 Camry, which is wonderful!! Handles great, uses less gas than the Rav and we're sure this one is a keeper for years to come. Great Car-Buying Experience! I was, unfortunately, in the market for a new car, as mine was recently totaled. We bought our other car at Heritage, and worked then with Chuck Hein I was, unfortunately, in the market for a new car, as mine was recently totaled. We bought our other car at Heritage, and worked then with Chuck Heingartner. He was the reason we chose Heritage as our first stop when looking now. I checked the used cars online and then went to the dealership to look at them. Worked with Chuck again, and as with our first experience, he was great! Listens to what you need, is not pushy and is just so friendly. The car I had seen online was new to the dealership, and had not even been detailed yet. We test drove it, and loved it. Chuck reviewed the carfax with us and gave us all of our financing options. We bought the car that afternoon, and made an appointment to pick it up the next day, after it had been through the detailing service. Amazing I had a almost impossible situation with a car that wasn't worth as much as I owed and a family that had outgrown it. In the end we picked the one that was right for my family and I. After we were all set JT Treichler set up as much of the closing process prior to my family's arrival so we could be in and out as fast as we could be. Having 4 small children it's hard to keep them interested in the car buying process. So timing is everything. We arrived we were warmly greeted and in and out. JT did a awesome job of explaining the process of what would happen next. Nick ZaGres did our final paperwork and he was fantastic good with the kids patient fast and Thorough. The end of a long search I had spent several weeks researching vehicles wanting to purchase a new one in my local area. I live in upstate New York and first went to dealers n I had spent several weeks researching vehicles wanting to purchase a new one in my local area. I live in upstate New York and first went to dealers near me. They were not pleasant experiences. I finally used USAA Car Buying service and they were able to link me to several dealerships outside of New York who had cars near what I was looking for. One of those was Heritage Toyota located in Vermont, about 2 hours from me. The price given me through the USAA purchasing service seemed reasonable. I drove over to Burlington and arrived about noon. As a result of the professionalism of my sales representative (Adam Stoner) and his management team I traded in my old vehicle and was out the door headed back to New York with my new car. by late afternoon. The Heritage Team made my car buying a pleasant experience. A big tanks also to Ed Larkin in Internet Sales and Christine Donahue in Finance. Great Job!! I will return again. More

The perfect fit. We already own a tundra and we were uncertain what we wanted for our second vehicle. We knew our Subaru crosstrek was way too small. We spoke with Adam Stoner about possibly trading in for a 4runner based on the size and the back window. However, when it wasn't the perfect match Adam quickly suggested the highlander to fit all our needs which it did and then some. We live 2 hours away and Adam showed nothing but patience and willingness to work with us from that distance. Whether it was the follow up phone calls or email he answered our questions and was always available when we made the drive. It was all around a positive experience.
