Unprofessional After few years as their customer, I came for the state inspection with my BRAND NEW CAR, that was bought two weeks prior, and it was in perfect condi After few years as their customer, I came for the state inspection with my BRAND NEW CAR, that was bought two weeks prior, and it was in perfect condition (nothing was noticed or noted by the service hostess when the car was brought into the service). When they returned it after 2 hrs, the windshield was cracked. They claimed that it MIGHT have been a small crack that was not noticed when the car was brought into the service, and they assured me that it was not their fault, therefore they will not replace the windshield. They suggested to use my insurance. Few months later I have a new windshield that was changed UNDER WARRANTY by another Toyota dealer from another state. Extremely poor customer service. I will never use Heritage Toyota Service (Sales Department is OK). Comment after Heritage Toyota's reply: If it would have been a VISIBLE stone chip, it would have been fare not to replace the windshield. However, since the windshield was replaced UNDER WARRANTY by another Toyota dealer, it means that either it was no stone chip or Toyota has different standards. For your information, that cracked windshield was thoroughly examined by a Toyota specialist before deciding that it has to be changed under warranty. More

This second trip there was no different. Listen, if you're shopping for a quality vehicle that is, and has always, been known for long term quality, then you need to at least look at one of the Toyota models. I like the 4Runner. And, if you're going to look at a Toyota, call Chuck and set up and appointment. You will not be disappointed. Even though there are numerous dealerships closer to where he lived, he insisted on going to Herritage Toyota in Burlington because of the honesty and uncomplicated business style the employees of the dealership upheld. It had been 12 years since my fathers last purchase, and I am happy to say that the same ethical, uncomplicated and honest approach to selling a vehicle to potential buyers are still very much in place. We were met outside by Shawn who was polite and approachable. He was quick to show us around the lot and give us some choices of trucks in the price range we had discussed. After deciding on what we wanted to purchase, he was quick to get the paperwork to us, had our trade-in vehicle appraised, and took his time going over every aspect of the sale. Next, we met quickly Travis Green who, like Shawn, spent time to go over the paperwork with us and answer any questions we had. Overall, the entire experience was the best I've ever had buying a vehicle.
