Matt volunteered that my vehicle was still under warranty, and he would look in to whether today's service was covered. An hour later Matt gave me a complete explanation of the service work, and offered a couple of 'heads up' items for me to consider dealing with in the near future. I appreciated the advice, without any hard sell pitch. I'll definitely have this work performed at Heritage. BTW, the customer lounge was very nice, especially compared to most service waiting rooms. More

Loved the truck. Traded in the CRV and bought the truck after getting back to the dealership. Patrick took car of everything and was even willing to deliver the truck if we couldn't get financing that day. ( I live 2 1/2 hours away) turned out it all worked out. All and all excellent service ! More
