It’s was getting a bit monotonous and tedious dealing with various salesman and dealerships. I’d been into Heritage before to service my old Taco but had never purchased a car there. I was cruising the lot one day and Elizabeth flagged me down. I was expecting the same old stuff I had experienced at other dealerships, pushing for me to buy not what I wanted, and low balling me on my trade in, however I was pleasantly surprised. Elizabeth is new to the car sales world and I think that’s why she was very refreshing, no bull, just very straight forward. What she doesn’t know about trucks will come with experience and she makes up for it with being pleasant and honest. I had to negotiate my trade in but they were open to it and we came to a figure that was fair. Everyone I dealt with from Elizabeth to the finance guy was professional, honest, and kind. I did not finance my truck through the dealership, but that was not an issue at all. I financed through my own bank. I highly recommend this dealership, and definitely recommend Elizabeth. I’m very happy so far with my used Taco, It’s so nice being back in a truck again. Crossing my fingers because you just never know with used vehicles. However, it’s a Taco, I have high hopes. More

Great deal during my vacation I was vacationing with my family and decided on a whim to check out Heritage Toyota for a price on a new Tacoma. We are from the DC area with lots of high volume dealers so I wasn't really counting on striking a deal that would allow me to pay the lowest price possible. I was greeted by Derek and explained that I was interested in a TRD Sport and gave him my price point etc. Off he went and came back with approval.. Next came my trade in and I explained that it needed to be paid off for the deal to work, first time they came close so I reiterated it needed to be paid and off he goes again and comes back with approval. I'm not sure how Derek played it but he allowed me to walk away with a new Tacoma at my price point. Derek was very professional and was very well versed on the vehicle and all of its workings. He was very personable and patient. Overall it was an easy process without the pressure and everyone from sales to finance was great to deal with. More

Professional Staff Brought car in for a catalytic converter and they were running behind but kept me posted of when my car would be next.
