Outstanding Service Experience My car is a 2011 Camry, so when the "Check Engine" light came on I feared the worst. Everyone I dealt with was so capable, and after explaining what w My car is a 2011 Camry, so when the "Check Engine" light came on I feared the worst. Everyone I dealt with was so capable, and after explaining what was likely to be the problem I felt immediately at ease. Not only was the issue resolved but a complete overall check was done, complete with a data sheet that I could read and understand. It turned out I had a defective gas cap, and the part was not in stock. The service guy had a similar car and actually tried his gas cap on my vehicle! It's attached to the car, so that was truly above and beyond normal customer care. Thanks a lot...I really appreciate your fine work! More
