He took the time to learn about our needs and desires, helped us to make decisions, and obtained the vehicles that are perfect for us. Derek is always available whenever we have a question and we plan to continue going back to Heritage and working with Derek Blood. He made the process quick and easy and has continued to work with us to meet our needs. We do have to travel a little further to get to Heritage as compared to our previous Toyota dealer, but it's well worth the trip every time! More
