I can't say enough about Derek, he made the process very smooth, answered and explained everything. I drove in with a Sienna and drove out with a RAV4 the same day. We have been a Toyota family since 1999, and my wife was sad to see her third Sienna leave her life. Our kids have all grown up and the days of "Soccer Mom" are coming to an end. Toyota has been great for our family and Heritage Toyota has met every expectation of ours. More
