As car buying goes, pretty painless! Did my research on the kind of vehicle I wanted, and checked out local dealer ratings on-line. Liked what I saw about Heritage Toyota of Owings Mills Did my research on the kind of vehicle I wanted, and checked out local dealer ratings on-line. Liked what I saw about Heritage Toyota of Owings Mills and liked what I read about Carlo Subido. Walked in "cold" and asked for him. At the time he was dealing with another customer but took a couple of minutes to greet me and asked me to wait for him. After a short time he came over, we discussed what I wanted and we set up an appointment for the following day. I was unable to keep the appointment so we moved it to the next day which was his scheduled day off. He went "above and beyond" to meet all my requests and never did I feel I was being overly pressured to purchase something I didn't want. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and honest. Settled on one of the two vehicles I wanted and the transaction went quick and smooth. It was a pleasure working with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a true sales professional.
