If she is not there leave and go back when she is working. Patty is Korean and speaks English and Korean very well. I know because my wife is Korean and they hit it off. Patty is very knowledgeable about the cars, and when she didn't know the answer she ran and got it, and I mean literally ran to the shop, then ran back with the answer. Patty is not a sales rep that will follow you around. If you ask for space, she gives it to you. I, my wife, and my daughter were very happy with this experience, and as many of you know, car shopping sucks, until you leave with the car. As for the dealership, we got almost 6K off the asking price with rebates and them coming down on the price. So don't give up. I would definitely go back to Heritage. Good luck! More
