Hard working staff I work in Florida and was visiting my daughter in Maryland. Because my job require me to travel quit a bit, I needed to trade my car in every year; t I work in Florida and was visiting my daughter in Maryland. Because my job require me to travel quit a bit, I needed to trade my car in every year; therefore, I had negative equity and was told in Florida and Georgia that they could not help me. I had lost hope but something told me to go to Heritage and I did. Heritage believed in me when no one else did and I walked out with brand new 2017 RAV4. On December 9, 2019, I was scheduled for body work on my Toyota and scheduled maintenance. When my husband and I entered the office to fill out the paperwork and my husband started to sit down and was told Toyota and scheduled maintenance. When my husband and I entered the office to fill out the paperwork and my husband started to sit down and was told that he couldn’t sit in the only chair left in the office because the employee doesn’t like for anyone to stun his chair. How disrespectful to a paying customer. So he had to go out while I did the paperwork. I felt very disrespected and this will be my last time here. More
