Mr. Brian Park was very professional, honest, and courteous. We waited 3 months for our car. He kept us up to date regularly so we never had to follow up on the status of the car. I called to ask if they specifically had a Toyota Sienna Platinum on the lot for me to see. The salesperson said "yes we do" and encouraged me to come right out - well I drove out to Heritage Toyota only t Platinum on the lot for me to see. Began working with them to get info on a trade / purchase. Was sent a price online and was told there was additional discount being offered for employee pricing.
