Chris Whitney actually made the experience of buying my new Prius FUN. He is intelligent, sensitive, humorous, enthusiastic without that hyper thing I hate in salespeople, willing to offer multiple optio new Prius FUN. Dennis Margroum was very focused on my needs and informative of the venhicle I was in search of. I found that Dennis was very knowledgable of the different models of Toyotas and explained the different features of each. He was very friendly and showed respect to myself and my aunts. I never felt pressured on making a decission. I found that Carol and Patrick were just as knowledgable about the products that they recommended and just as friendly and pleasant as Dennis. When I left the dealership I was so pleased as to how the afternoon went and I felt that I made the right decission. The dealer lured me in with a price advertised on their website. Negotiating with the dealer I was told that same figure was impossible and the car would never be available at that price. At that point I pulled out a print out I had made off of their website showing them the price. They told me they were "unaware" of this price. I verbally agreed I would buy the car if this was the total final price. They said yes. They did everything possible to make what should have taken half an hour of time extend to 2 1/2 hours. When I finally was shown the invoice they had tacked on an extra $199 to handle the paperwork. At no time had I been advised of this earlier or I would have walked. This dealership is not straightforward or honest with its customers. Overall a profoundly disappointing experience. More
