Great Sales Consultant - Miguel Dardon I had a very nice and pleasant Sales Consultant, Miguel Dardon, which made me coming back and buying my brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla LE. He has tried I had a very nice and pleasant Sales Consultant, Miguel Dardon, which made me coming back and buying my brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla LE. He has tried adapting to my type of customer which I would say it was the key point of the deal. Miguel never tried to fake anything on the sale process, he respected my opinion and my needs, and he tried to adapt his approach and answers. I cannot say the same thing about the Manager Tracy Reich which was very disrespectful on his approach and he made me feel terrible bad and very low. He disrespected me on the way he has talked to me and on the way he was judging my business at Toyota. If wasn't Miguel, I wouldn't have coming back to buy the car. I end up accepting the bad term of financing offered, 7,9%, just for the service I got from Miguel Dardon. I have to mention that a better approach I got from the Manager Thomas Myers, which was also nice on my previous day visiting R&H. More

Needless to say our experience at Russel was FAR LESS than satisfying and we were cautious about going to another dealership to be treated poorly. However, R&H Toyota is AMAZING!!! We were promptly greeted by Miguel Dardon who was more than happy to help us and never once tried to push us into something. He was so pleasant, professional and an overall pleasure to be working with. In addition, Tracy Reich, the Manager, was wonderful. He was courteous, responsive, professional and very friendly. Of course, we cannot forget about Chris in finance - an amazing gentleman as well. We HIGHLY recommend R&H - they were extremely honest with us throughout the entire process.
