All the required information to get the process going was done via phone, email, and text. When I got to the dealership all I had to do was sign the paperwork and I was in the car headed back to FL. I even just contacted him for help with purchasing my 2014 Trail Teams FJ. Again, David got the process started with the Heritage finance guys and it was a pain-free process. I can't say enough good things about my experiences working with David over the last 15 years but I guarantee when it's time for the next car he will be who I'm contacting again. More
