JAMES ANKINOLA - To infinity and beyond We had been researching and searching for an SUV with third row seating, DVD system, capacity for 7 or more and no older than 2016. We had been to a f We had been researching and searching for an SUV with third row seating, DVD system, capacity for 7 or more and no older than 2016. We had been to a few dealerships with no success. Our son works near the Heritage Toyota dealership so we thought we would try it even though it was a 45 minute drive from where we lived. On September 27th, my wife suggested that I go there and look at a few vehicles. So I drove to the dealership and I parked on the side of the building in the service parking lot. I walked around the complete building and looking at various vehicles. I thought that a sales person would come out and talk to me. However, that was not the case. I was dressed in extremely casual attire and didn’t have the appearance of an owner of a corporation. I also had an recent injury which caused me to walk with a limp. After not obtaining a sales person’s attention I went inside and stood at the receptionist’s desk. Unfortunately, there was no receptionist due to a cut back on staff. So I waited and waited and waited. Then finally JAMES ANKINOLA walked by and asked if I had been helped. I said no. And thats when I became familiar with the GOLD STANDARD that every sales person should follow. It was then that JAMES ANKINOLA should me all the vehicles that we were interested in, and some we had not even considered. In addition, I received spec sheets and a prices on each vehicle and a detailed explanation in language that I could understand. During this whole process, I became more knowledgeable about each vehicle. It was the professional , knowledgeable and personable behavior that JAMES ANKINOLA exhibited at all times that kept my attention. It was very eveident that James loves his job and would do anything he can for his clients to get the vehicle they desire. When I asked him what were his work hours he said just call him on his phone because he is always on the job. On October 5th, my wife and I went back to see JAMES ANKINOLA to look at and test drive a few vehicles. At the end of the night, my wife decided and which vehicle she wanted. So we made plans to come back at 9 am on October 5th and complete the deal. My wife could only stay for an hour. Well we didnt make it to the dealership due to a vehicle issue. So I worked on the vehicle and my wife went to her meetings. When I arrived at the dealership at 5:10 pm I was worried because the dealership closed at 6pm. It was JAMES ANKINOLA’s calm and reassuring words that we will get the deal completed today. He had the paperwork ready to be signed by my wife since it was going to be her vehicle. However, due to her schedule she could not come to the dealership. I was told that the dealership would arrange transportation for me to get home. All this time my wife was dreading having to go to the dealership on Monday or Tuesday to sign papers knowing that I would be out of town for business. It was pretty apparent from JAMES ANKINOLA that my wife was extremely upset and disappointed. It was then that he approached the manager and said that he was willing to drive our new vehicle to our home to get my wife’s signature on all the documents and to pick up our vehicle that we were trading in. We drove to my house when all the while my wife thought that she would not get her vehicle that day. We drove up the driveway and I texted my wife that I needed some cash to tip the Toyota employee that drove me home. She came out and had an expression of anger that she had to provide the cash to tip the diver. When she approached us she still didn’t know that we had brought her the SUV that she wanted. That was until JAMES ANKINOLA stepped outside the vehicle and he was beaming with that electrical mesmerizing smile of his. At that time , my wife realized that this was her car. She immediately started crying. I asked her if she was crying because she was getting her SUV. She said that she was crying because JAMES ANKINOLA’ s came up to deliver her the SUV. It was also his commitment and resolve to do whatever he can do for his clients. On this night JAMES ANKINOLA, took time away from his own family and went beyond the boundaries of very good customer service. He was able to have his management approve him driving our vehicle to our home to complete the transaction. I have purchased many vehicles from various manufactures thru the 46 years that I have been driving. During this time I have never had a sales person exhibit such profound and professional behavior. He went above and beyond what was expected and what was needed to complete the deal. But for JAMES ANKINOLA with his warm and friendly personality, his personable way of explaining the entire vehicle purchasing process. Even though we had only met JAMES ANKINOLA only one week ago, It felt like we had known each other our entire life. He has rekindled my belief in all what’s good about the human race. It’s all too often that we see and hear hostile behavior, wars, law suits, verbal toxicity, allegations of cheating, verbal outbursts of hatred to others and gun fights over territory. But yet while everyone is concerned about the possible loss of the kingdom, money, property and power, JAMES ANKINOLA was working behind the scenes to get this vehicle delivered for my wife. As I said earlier, my wife cried tears of happiness to see the vehicle but more importantly to see JAMES ANKINOLA there to make sure that it happened. He is truly one of a kind salesman who does and did go beyond what we were expecting. All JAMES ANKINOLA needs now is a superhero cape to go along with his super powers of communication, persuasion, knowledge and his attitude. Don’t go to anyone else when you need a vehicle. There is only one truely dedicated and resolved salesman that you should trust. That person is JAMES ANKINOLA. More
Wanted to.take the time and tell you all how great my experience at this dealership was when purchasing my Tacoma. In the past I have hated dealing with car dealers. I actually had another bad experien experience at this dealership was when purchasing my Tacoma. In the past I have hated dealing with car dealers. I actually had another bad experience the weekend prior to coming to this location. So heading into this I wasn't excited. But once I arrived and met with Virgil Boston he was very cordial and relaxed. He and the manager I dealt with who's name I can't recall were straight shooters and no pressure guys. I greatly appreciated that. The deal they gave me was good enough I drove off with the truck that day unexpectedly. Since then I have had experienced your service center workers as well to replace a taillight that was cracked when I purchased my vehicle. They were amazing as well. Once again thank you for making my experience great and we will be back for wife's vehicle next year. More
