This was actually my second time in, with the first advisor being pleasant, but ultimately rather unhelpful. She seemed intent on talking her way around my questions and I left with far more uncertainty than I came in with. Luckily, I met Alexis when I came back for follow up questions. From the beginning he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and even discovered some things about the brand new Camry XSE Hybrid trim right along with me, but still providing far more industry knowledge than most. If he didn't know something, he knew how to instantly get the right answer. Ultimately, I wanted a unicorn of a car with specific features and color combinations-- and he found it! He made it his mission to make sure I was completely informed and completely satisfied every step of the way. When it came time to talk numbers, he stayed totally transparent and worked had to make sure I had the best possible deal. (I won't disclose pricing and the dealership has to make money to actually stay in business-- especially if they're trading cars with other companies to make it happen. They ultimately really went to bat for me) I honestly can't give him enough praise. My experience with Heritage has been mixed so far, but if Alexis and Lamont were the only people I had to deal with moving forward it'd actually make the dealership experience a legitimate joy. More
