Alexa was incredible to work with! I've been saving for a new vehicle and slowly car shopping in the meantime, so I've experienced a lot of bad dealerships and sales people. From the moment Alexa picked up the phone, to the end of the sale, she was polite, helpful, and not pushy at all. I leased from out of state and had the car shipped, so my process was complicated to say the least, but she handled it all like a champ and took care of me every step of the way.
