I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 25 yrs. The other day I started having problems with my 2006 Toyota Highlander so I decided it was time to upgrade. I spoke with him and advised him of the type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I meet with him the next morning and took two vehicles out for a test drive. James was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. After listening intensively to the features I wanted James came back with the specs to a vehicle that was being transported to the dealership the next day. He showed me pictures, reviewed the features, and we agreed that was the vehicle for me. James advised me that the vehicle would be at the dealership the next day. Today is that day and sure enough I drove away in a brand new 2021 RAV4 Hybrid XSE in the color Blueprint. This was absolutely the best experience I ever had. I never do reviews but James is a gem at Toyota. If you want the perfect vehicle......ask for James. You will not be disappointed. More

What should have been a 5 star review has gradually gotten worse over the past three months and is not a 1 star experience. We bought a 2021 Toyota Tacoma on March 29, 2021. We drove up to the deal gotten worse over the past three months and is not a 1 star experience. We bought a 2021 Toyota Tacoma on March 29, 2021. We drove up to the dealership in our 2017 Toyota Tacoma and traded it in and paid the balance due to complete the transaction in full via check that cleared our account on 3/30/2021. We have not received our permanent tag or title to the vehicle despite multiple calls to get clarification on the issue. When the dealer accepts the funds for the state tax and title work, they are responsible to get that task completed. We have spoken with no less than 5 different people at the dealership who consistently tell us the paperwork is filed, but the state doe snot acknowledge receipt of any paperwork for the vehicle. So far none of the people I have spoken with who all claim to 'personally take care of it and call you back' have called me back, or taken care of it. The sales person and her manager no longer work at the dealership, so I can't say if they did not do something they needed to do to get the paperwork started, but we have talked to several people there that mostly say 'it is done by a third party and the paperwork is in'. The fact that the state says it is not in , and the fact I have not received tag or title speaks to the lack of honesty in the dealership answers. More
