She provided me with a phone charger when my phone was dying, she went out of her way to help me find the best pricing for my tires and out of her own concern for customer satisfaction diligently helped me to get coverage for my repairs when having me pay out of pocket would've been much less time consuming and more convenient for her she went the extra mile anyway. I was looking to buy a new car and when I showed up to the dealership all the models were sold out, I should have called first. Alexis was the first salesman to greet me at the door and was very helpful l the dealership all the models were sold out, I should have called first. Alexis was the first salesman to greet me at the door and was very helpful locating one at another location three hours away, he was willing to drive that day to pick up the vehicle for me, that’s what I call service. Need less to say I did not get the vehicle at the end b/c the other dealership was not willing to give it up, but I would like to acknowledge the willingness of him to drive a total of six hours to make a sale.
