I’ve bought/leased 4 cars with Heritage. This time with Alexis was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Last week, I started with a dealer at the Owings Mills location (where I had the worst experienc Alexis was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Last week, I started with a dealer at the Owings Mills location (where I had the worst experience ever). I was rushed and argued with over my preferences, trade in value and financing. Out of frustration and feeling like the sales person and general manager at that location weren’t listening to me, I just walked out and called the Catonsville location the next day. Alexis patiently listened to every concern and request I had. He acknowledged and respected the fact that I had already spent 2 days with another dealership and he wanted to turn my experience around into a much better one. Alexis made sure that I was comfortable with my transaction and that I understood every bit of it. There was no condescending mansplaining or confusing beating around the bush. And his knowledge about the cars and their features was extensive. In fact, I don’t think he ever said the words “I don’t know;” he found an answer for every question. As I mentioned, I was trading in my vehicle. There was absolutely no haggling required. Alexis was able to match my offer from a competitor saving me time and money. When it came time to add insurance, he was even able to get insurance quotes from a couple of places for me! Talk about a 1 stop shop! After I signed the dotted line, Alexis came out to my car with me and made sure I connected my phone and set up all of my vehicle preferences (I.e. drive mode, memory seats, height of my trunk door, etc.). He helped me move things from my old car to my new car, he showed me how I would jump my car should anything happen (hybrid cars are a little different). Long story short, he made sure I knew what I had gotten myself into. Even after I drove off the lot, he checked in the next day. I ended up telling him that my mom is also looking for a car and he immediately sent me cars that fit what she was looking for. Buying a car is such a huge experience, second to buying a house. No one should be unhappy or unconfident after such a big commitment. Alexis recognized that and wants his customers to feel good about their purchases. His customer service is unparalleled. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into a new (or used) car. More

My overall experience at the dealership was mediocre, primarily due to the salesman I had, James Akinola. However, after sharing my numerous concerns with the management team, namely Pablo, he worked to rectify some of my concerns by sending another salesman, Alexis Gutierrez, to my house in DC to give an overview of the vehicle. Alexis was amazingly thorough and gave a fantastic overview of my SUV's features and patiently answered all of my questions. I appreciate the lengths to which the dealership went to address my concerns after my car purchase, however, having attentive customer service throughout the entire car buying process would have been most appreciated and saved Alexis a nearly 3 hour commute to my house. I truly hope that the dealership takes the feedback to heart and trains its salesman to do better. More
