I was told when purchasing my used vehicle that there was a second key to the car. The salesman told me that while I was finishing up the finances, he would have one of his guys run to the other dealership a second key to the car. The salesman told me that while I was finishing up the finances, he would have one of his guys run to the other dealership to grab the key. Turns out they were lying and they never had a second key. Very disappointed. Also, they listed multiple features on their website that the car did not have. I quickly figured out the major features that were lied about including apple car play, moonroof, and automatic breaking but many of the small features that were not included in the car I did not realize until later. I followed up with my salesman about my dissatisfaction with everything, but never heard back. Not a good way to treat a customer that just spent over thirty thousand dollars at your store! More
